Market Research Experience

I have been working in qualitative market research since 1998. After several years with a small qualitative market research company based in Hamburg, I became a freelance market researcher in 2004.

Since then, I have worked on a wide range of projects for various clients: both for national and international market research institutes and directly for brand name manufacturers and service providers.

My main focus is on projects that form part of international studies, for which I organise and conduct the fieldwork for the German part of the research. As a result, I have moderated countless focus groups and depth interviews in most German cities.

Moderation Style

I pride myself on a high level of methodological expertise and communication competence, as well as my sincere, self-assured manner. When moderating, I aim to establish a relaxed mood and approach respondents in an authentic, respectful way. This creates an atmosphere in which interviewees feel comfortable sharing their opinions and experiences and yields a high level of insight for my clients. At the same time, I never lose sight of the underlying interests, allowing me to provide concrete answers to the questions behind the project.
